Cancellation Policy

Full refunds (less a $100 processing charge) or a credit of registration fees to a future WIND annual conference, upon prior approval, will be made for cancellations received by December 19, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date. A request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email request to meetingplanner@windnetwork.com. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or missed travel logistics. Substitutions for this event are encouraged in lieu of cancellations.
