Description
The class will define what it means to support a claim from the perspective of the carrier, field adjuster, claims manager/desk reviewer, public adjuster and contractor. We will examine the benefits to the stakeholders as well as possible problems/delays when a claim is not supported, and offer solutions. We will provide examples demonstrating a clearly supported claim file and those needing additional support.
