Albert Juarez is a general contractor with 20 years of experience and is a principal at Blue Jay Construction. He has experience in new construction and remodels, and his work spans from residential to commercial, with projects such as houses, apartments, shopping centers, hotels and schools. His work as a general contractor led him to get his public adjusters license. In addition to his general contractor work, he now also helps insureds with their claims and is principal at Knights Public Adjusters. For over 15 years he has been involved with storm-related damages from hurricanes, freezes, wind damage, tornados and hail storms. He has learned how to provide moisture readings, Xactimate estimates, photo reports and other documentation that carriers need to reduce the timeline for approval.
