She is a Certified Appraiser and Umpire thru WIND and IAUA and is a WIND Professional. Hannah has obtained many certifications, i.e. HAAG Commercial Inspector, OSHA 10/30, CLM Property Levels 1-2, NFIP Flood Adjuster, TRIA Manual Certification, California Earthquake Adjuster, and TX mediation training. Hannah has broad-based expertise spanning construction, forensic investigation, and compliance initiatives applicable to commercial and residential risks. She possesses expansive technical knowledge and experience conducting investigations and determining root causes of construction defects, incidents, and losses; developing estimates; authoring reports; and managing the claims process.
