He surrounded himself with seasoned mentors in the insurance industry and is well-versed in all types of insurance claims and dispute resolution. John served as Secretary, Vice President and President of the Puget Sound Adjusters Association (PSAA). John is a certified appraiser and umpire with the WINDSTORM network. John holds licenses in several states throughout the country as well as both an independent and public adjuster license in the state of Washington.

John and his wife Alli are raising their six children in the Seattle metro area, where he coaches youth sports in his spare time. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
