Tina Ann Dampf is an attorney in the Tampa office of Stockham Law Group, P.A. and has over 23 years of experience litigating cases in Florida. She has spent nearly two decades working for and defending insurance carriers in a variety of disputes. She has extensively litigated a cross-section of civil claims including medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and wrongful death, commercial vehicle, automobile and watercraft accidents, and homeowner property damage claims. She is pleased to now focus her practice on representing policyholders in disputes with their insurance carriers. Her primary practice areas are property damage claims and injury claims. She enjoys spending her free time volunteering with local charities and animal groups. She met her husband while volunteering at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo in 2006, and animal conservation/species survival and rescue remain a huge part of their lives. She also enjoys attending Clemson football games (really, anything Clemson related), traveling as much and as far as possible, and using her creative talents in a variety of ways. She graduated cum laude from Clemson University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and is an avid Clemson fan. She obtained her law degree from Florida State University, where she was on the Moot Court Team and became a CLI, working for the 13th Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, prosecuting cases for the State of Florida starting in 1999.
