Description
This presentation will discuss the flood claims process from inception through trial, and it will analyze countless ways that the claim can go wrong throughout that process. We will discuss the differences in flood coverage as afforded by NFIP policies versus private or excess flood coverage. Overall, we will stress the requirements, time frames applicable and supporting evidence necessary to succeed in recovery in flood claims.
