Karrie Booth began her career in the insurance industry in 2015 when she became a licensed adjuster. She has worked as a desk adjuster for a myriad of claims, seeing they were resolved accurately and fairly. She quickly rose to team lead, where she excelled assisting her fellow adjusters. Karrie is sought after for her knowledge of coverage and attention to detail when reviewing claims. Her grasp of policy and ability to communicate effectively with insureds, fellow adjusters, management, and policyholder representatives made her a natural choice as a Field Service Manager for 3 major cats where she managed a roster of over 1000 adjusters. Her leadership skills were also utilized when she served as Claims Manager for 3 major cats, overseeing 5-10k claims per event. Karrie is a natural teacher and she has been a Trainer and QA. She has also created training classes and resources for adjusters.
