Jose Pagan is a partner in the Tallahassee office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses in the areas of insurance defense coverage matters, bad faith litigation and insurance compliance and regulatory issues. He represents insurance carriers and their insureds, servicing companies, self-insured corporations, and governmental entities in the defense of property damage, personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Pagan is a certified Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court Mediator and was trained as a Mediator by the American Arbitration Association. He is actively involved with the Department of Financial Services and the Office of Insurance Regulation, two agencies responsible for the regulation, compliance and enforcement of statues related to the business of insurance.
