Ron Fiamma is President of Treadwell, a firm specializing in the underwriting, risk management and claims handling of private collections of fine art, jewelry, vintage automobiles, wine, memorabilia, couture and a myriad of other classes of valuable objects. Based in New York, Ron previously spent 18 years at global insurer AIG where he built and managed one of the largest and most desirable private collections insurance portfolios in the high net worth personal lines industry for the firm's Private Client Group division. Treadwell was launched in 2021 to singularly focus on assisting clients in the preservation and protection of their passion assets. Treadwell is recognized as the industry leader in risk mitigation and loss prevention.

Ron received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Art History and Philosophy and continued his graduate studies in Rome and Florence, Italy in art history, archaeology and art restoration.
