Patrick Russell is a full-time mediator with Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution in Miami, Florida. Patrick has been certified as a Mediator since 2009 and has practiced law for over thirty years. 
Over that time, Patrick has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in matters involving insurance law, commercial litigation, personal injury, and real estate. Patrick is also a former Bar Counsel for The Florida Bar.
As a mediator, Patrick’s goal is to deliver meaningful mediation for the parties so the clients can make informed decisions and maximize settlements. Patrick regularly mediates with nearly all insurer carriers and most major law firms representing Plaintiffs or Defendants in the State of Florida.
Patrick is the Past Chair (2021-2022) of the ADR Section of The Florida Bar, is a current member of the Executive Council for the ADR Section of The Florida Bar, is the Vice-Chair of the ADR Committee of the Miami-Dade Bar Association, and is a member of the ADR Section of the American Bar Association.
