Raymont Harris is an Entrepreneur, Professional Speaker, Coach and Consultant that specializes in Elite Mindset & Performance training (EMP). EMP is a company that helps high performing athletes and executives achieve elite results and be the best version of themselves. Former NFL player by way of The Ohio State University, Raymont has impacted the lives of countless people through his passion and dedication. 
For the past 15 years as a fundraiser for OSU, he worked hand-in-hand with coaches, staff and professional athletes inside the most respected athletic department in the country. While in that role, he guided C-Suite/senior level executives and entrepreneurs on growth, flexibility, effective leadership and communication in addition to raising tens of millions of dollars in philanthropic support. Raymont graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Communications. He is very active in his community and, in his free time, enjoys golfing, traveling, cigars, and bourbon.
