Jon Pruitt is the founder and President of Addison Riley, LLC, a full-service construction, design, and forensic building and engineering firm that services the majority of the United States. Jon holds licenses in multiple states as a general and roofing contractor, 620 adjuster, real estate associate, mold contractor, and building code inspector. He has been retained in well over 1,000 litigation cases as an expert witness for plaintiff and defense counsels and over 400 criminal construction cases. His litigation experience includes cost/scope, coverage, causation, criminal, construction defect, biocide, workplace accidents, third party liability, policy coverage, real property and more. His experience extends into alternative dispute resolution as an appraiser with up to 10 figure awards and as a court appointed umpire. Jon has had the honor of becoming the past President of the Home Builders Association, awarded Builder of the Year, and winner of the Parade of Homes.
