Bryce Duke was born in Kilgore, Texas in 1985. He attended the University of Texas in Austin where he earned dual B.S. and B.A. degrees, with honors, in 2008.  He attended law school at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas where he competed in multiple moot court competitions and served as a legal intern at the Texas House of Representatives. Bryce obtained his J.D. in 2011, graduating cum laude.
Licensed to practice in 2011, Bryce started his law practice as an associate attorney in Tyler, Texas focused on litigation in a variety of practice areas including business contracts, product liability, and patents. In 2013, Bryce joined a boutique class action firm in Austin, Texas where he represented individuals and companies in class action lawsuits against the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and auto manufacturers. 
​In 2016, Bryce’s practice moved to San Antonio, Texas where he shifted his focus to representing individuals and businesses in all aspects of litigation in first-party insurance disputes and cases involving severe personal injury. Bryce has handled hundreds of first-party insurance cases involving allegations of bad faith and violations of the Texas Insurance Code, with losses ranging from several thousands to several millions of dollars. In 2018, Bryce was instrumental in securing the largest property damage-related settlement in his firm’s history and has since recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Bryce has analyzed, briefed, argued, and counseled his clients on countless legal issues that arise in such cases and prides himself in being highly proficient in his practice area.
Bryce lives in New Braunfels, Texas, and is married to Brittney Duke. They have three children, Hank, Ruby, and Jack.
