I represent policyholders in Florida, Colorado and a number of other states. I work with other insurance professionals such as public adjusters, insurance agents and brokers, property managers, and other lawyers to provide comprehensive advice for the insured. In my experience over the last couple of decades in this field, policyholders are far more likely to recover the policy benefits they paid for when a disaster strikes if they have qualified insurance professionals assisting. Insurance is complicated and policies are not written to be clear and understandable. Insurance companies bring experienced teams to represent their interests. Policyholders should have access to comparable help to reach a fair result on claims.
