Over the course of 20 years, I have gained extensive knowledge and certifications in construction and estimating for both residential and commercial projects while working as a project manager and transitioning into the insurance industry.  As the co-owner of Pro-Scope Consulting, I specialize in writing estimates using Xactimate for various clients including adjusters, contractors, mitigation firms, and attorneys. Additionally, I am a Wind Certified Umpire and Appraiser operating as an independent insurance adjuster in Florida.
