Maggie Sanders is a Partner with Kandell Kandell & Petrie, P.A. and the co-director of KKP's Florida first party property litigation division. Before joining KKP, Mrs. Sanders defended numerous insurance companies and advised clients on complex commercial litigation matters. She graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Political Science, a minor in International Relations, and a Masters in International Business. She earned her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University where she graduated cum laude and served as President of the Moot Court Board and participated in multiple competitions. Furthering her desire to help others, Ms. Sanders became a Board Member of Voices for Children Foundation, which ensures that foster children have legal representation and financial resources available to them both while in the system and after. Ms. Sanders is fluent in English and Spanish and loves traveling, eating, and spending time with her children and family.
