Description

The course will focus on three major aspects of surviving if your file must go to litigation. Part one will focus on major mishaps and mistakes that happen during the adjustment process that are detrimental to litigation. We will hit on how to set up systems and checklists to make sure these problems don't come up. We will then talk about depositions, how each side approaches them, and the do's and don't's of a deposition. We will also talk about how to prepare and answer questions to put your file in the best position possible for resolution. We will end discussing trial cross examinations. We will put on a short mock cross examination for everyone to see how the stuff we talked about before can be exploited if not done. We will also focus on how to properly handle cross examination.
