Avoiding Expert Pitfalls: Expert Ingredients Necessary to Meet the Excellence Standards Necessary in Today's Property Windstorm Insurance Claims.

This course is a must attend class for all engineers, contractors, causation experts, or other gurus who are active in Property Insurance Claims as experts or soon to be experts.   Are you giving opinions about property damage, what caused the problems in a building or opining on how to fix property damage?  Are you giving these opinion  depositions or in courtrooms? Do your inspections and opinions about a claim matter?  If so, you need to make sure you are well versed on many topics to survive in 2025!

We will take a deep dive into qualifications and why certain designations can make or break a case.  Want to brush up on what can help your reports stand up to criticism and those probing deposition questions?  We will address how detailed analysis and information presentation can ensure your reports are not sent to the circular file.

Learn lessons from courts in various jurisdictions and get insight on why the expert challenge took flight or crashed and burned. Expert challenges in a court of law can turn your world upside down.  Take note of those stricken before you to ensure you aren’t backpedaling from regrets.

Learn tactics to consider when the other side is jumping to conclusions or not logically presenting information.  See if new technology in claims is harming experts and their court testimony and more in this engaging class that is focused on excellence for experts!
